Position Summary
Duties & Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design:
- Design and produce visual content for print and digital platforms, including brochures, newsletters, reports, social media posts, and infographics.
- Develop visual identity for various campaigns, ensuring alignment with the HPSA brand guidelines.
- Create event materials, such as banners, flyers, and signage, for conferences, webinars, and community outreach programs.
- Collaborate with the communications team to design email newsletters, social media assets, and online advertisements.
- Edit and enhance photos, illustrations, and other visual elements for publication.
- Ensure that all designs are accessible and optimized for different platforms (print, web, social media, etc.).

Education/Experience
- Bilingual in English and French is a requirement
- A degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Previous Experience in not for profit or sustainable driven company is an added plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey ideas visually and verbally.
- Experience with working on WordPress
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
